The high pressure rubber pipe is mainly composed of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, a four-layer or multi-layer alternately wound steel wire reinforcement layer and an outer rubber layer. Generally, NBR, SBR/ EPDM, CR, chloro-sulfonated polyethylene, chloro-ether rubber and hydrogenated butadiene rubber are used as raw materials. The reinforcing layer is generally made of nylon, polycool fiber, aramide-fiber copper-plated steel wire and galvanized steel wire.
High pressure rubber pipe is mainly used in mine hydraulic support, oilfield development, engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgy and forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery.
With the economic and social development at home and abroad, there is an increasing demand for high-pressure pipe products in the medium to long term and near term in engineering, oil and mining, agriculture and other industries, and the market situation is good. But at the same time, it also puts forward higher standard requirements for the performance quality of high-pressure pipes.
The production process of high-pressure pipe can be divided into several parts: raw material mixing → core preparation → inner rubber extrusion → winding and weaving → outer rubber extrusion → vulcanization → core-stripping → pressure test → storage.
New development and new requirements of high pressure tube extrusion technology
According to the Market forecast report released by Transparency Market Research, the world high pressure rubber hose market will expand at a consistent annual growth rate of 4.2% in 2016-2022. The high demand in construction, agriculture and some industrial areas is the key factor to promote the development of the high pressure rubber hose soft market. The Asia-Pacific region is the world's largest high-pressure pipe soft market.
With the drive of new application fields and projects of high-pressure pipes, as well as the annual iterative innovation of the original technology, and the increasingly stringent environmental policy requirements for hose applications around the world, high-pressure hose manufacturing must remain innovative. According to the end needs to improve the timely or even leap through the original process and technology.
