Rubber extruder uses

Rubber extruder is a widely used equipment in the rubber industry, mainly used to shape rubber raw materials into rubber products of various shapes and structures. The main uses of rubber extruders include:

Production of tires  and rubber products. In the production process of tires and rubber products, rubber extruders play a vital role, such as for the manufacture of tire tread, inner tubes, hose and various rubber strips.

The production of silicone products . In addition to the production of traditional rubber products, rubber extruders are also used to produce silicone products, such as silicone tubes, seals and so on.

Covering of cables and wires . Rubber extruders are also used to cover cable and wire products to provide insulation protection.

In addition, the rubber extruder can adjust the die design as needed during the production process to meet the production needs of rubber products of different shapes and sizes. The working principle of the rubber extruder is based on the material flow and heat transfer, through the interaction of the screw and the cylinder, the rubber raw material is heated, compressed and extruded, in the whole process, the heat energy is transferred to the rubber raw material through the heating system, so that it is softened and plasticized, in order to facilitate extrusion. The type of rubber extruder is classified according to its function, for example, some rubber products require vacuum exhaust during the production process, while some do not.
